At CarsRelo, you’ll take the driver’s seat as the primary point of contact for customers who have booked a shipment with CarsRelo. Every step of the way, you’ll be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving issues in a timely and supportive manner. This role is crucial to the CarsRelo customer experience, ensuring each customer’s shipment is the best experience they’ve ever had – every move is a ride they’ll remember. 

 

A Day in the Life (Including but not limited to the following)

  • Creates and updates customers’ vehicle shipment orders, verifies relevant information and advises customers on the process to help them choose the best service category for their situation
  • Establishes positive customer relationships, provides excellent and timely service in every interaction
  • Serves as a trusted advisor to enhance customer satisfaction by answering all questions with professionalism and kindness
  • Provides regular updates via phone and/or email throughout a customer’s shipment
  • Works closely with other departments to get updates and resolve issues to ensure smooth shipments and joyful customer experiences
  • Uses our CRM app to manage all customer interactions and inquiries
  • Resolves product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the issue, selects and explains the best solution to solve the problem, expedites correction or adjustment, and follows up to ensure resolution and a happy customer outcome



Desired Qualifications

 

  • High school diploma, Associates Degree in Business, or a related field preferred
  • 3-5 years customer service experience (automotive experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office product suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Team player who understands the importance of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and reporting up
  • Phenomenal time management & organizational skills
  • Positive and warm attitude to provide proactive and responsive communications
  • Ability to work independently constantly seeking to exceed expectations
